From darkness to light

My personal challenge
Yes — a major part of my comeback started after leaving a domestic violence situation. For years, I carried the hurt, self-doubt, and toxic mindsets that had been embedded in me for so long. I hated myself and didn’t believe I was worth more. It’s taken a lot of work, healing, and self-reflection to let go of those beliefs. This journey isn’t just about physical health — it’s about rebuilding my confidence, finding my worth, and learning to truly love myself again.
